Audio Infusion DJs has several packages to fit your budget and your event. We have everything from a basic sound system to a large sound and professional moving light show. All pricing is based on a 4 hour event.
Classic Package: (formerly known as the economy package) 1 DJ with sound system. Sound system includes 2 speakers on stands, 1 subwoofer, access to our full music library and usage of a high quality corded microphone. $450
Deluxe Package: (formerly known as the intermediate) 1 DJ with sound system and small lighting package. Sound system includes 2 speakers on stands, 1 subwoofer, access to our full music library with over 15000 songs, usage of our handheld wireless microphone and a small light system. Lighting system includes 1 tripod stand with no less than 3 different effects to pump up the crowd. $595
Premier Package: 1-2 DJs with premium sound system and full scale lighting package. Sound system includes 2-4 speakers on stands, 1-2 subwoofers (speakers are chosen by DJ depending on room size nd needs) Access to our full music library, usage of our wireless handheld microphone and large intelligent light show. Light show consists of 10' wide truss system with multiple moving lights which are computer controlled. Lighting is programmed prior to your reception to allow for a spotlight effect on the bride and groom as they enter, during the cutting of the cake, toast, first dance and any other special moment requested during our consultation. $799
Additional Options:
Ceremony sound system: this includes a portable sound system with 2 speakers on stands, usage of a handheld wireless microphone (lavalier system may be available upon request) This system can be operated by our DJ at no extra charge. Additional corded microphones are also available on request at no additional charge. $199
Confetti Cannon: Add shot or 2 of Confetti when you enter the reception hall with our all new confetti cannons. $75 for first cannon and shot. $25 each additional shot. 2 cannons are available to take your event to new heights.
Mirror Ball and light is typically included with any of our lighting packages.
Fog Machine: We have fog machines available to add some atmosphere to your party. Our DJs use only wisps of fog to allow the light beams to be visible. $20
Monogram Projection: Your name in lights! We offer a custom monogram in lights to be projected on the dance floor, wall or wherever you like. Art can be provided by you or we can provide it and have it approved. We now offer 2 options for monograms. For a dedicated monogram that is movable throughout the reception, a custom projection image is ordered. The custom projection is then sent off to be produced. Must be ordered 3 weeks prior to your event and there are absolutely no refunds due to the cost involved with production. $199.
For a less expensive option that is not movable, we create an image and project it wherever you want using our video projector. $99
Video Montage: A montage of photos of the bride and groom as they grow up and come together. This is set to the music of your choice and is priced by the photo. $25 setup plus $1 per photo. Photos are on the screen for approx 6 seconds giving you 10 per minute. Planning sheet is available. We have produced over 500 of these. Check back soon for a demo to be posted online.
Video Projection: A professional grade video projector is available for rental as well as a 10' wide screen. Rent both together for $150.
Uplighting Package: Set the mood by lighting the room with your event colors. Call us to discuss our different options. Prices vary based on needs.
